THE TRADER'S FIELD MANUAL

Read the Artifact.
Trade the Evidence.

Sanctuary Ledger turns a game screenshot into a reviewable item record, connects that record to honest market evidence, and keeps every trade decision in the player’s hands.

ONE CONTINUOUS WORKFLOW

From screenshot to market record

Every tool serves the same artifact journey. Unknown data stays unknown, editable fields remain visible, and price guidance stays locked until the item identity is reviewed.

THE EVIDENCE COVENANT

What the Ledger will — and will not — claim

A useful market tool must distinguish an asking price from a completed sale. Sanctuary Ledger exposes the basis of each signal instead of dressing thin data as certainty.

◆

Identity before valuationItem type, affixes and Greater Affix marks must be reviewable before a price suggestion can unlock.

◇

Sources stay visibleComparable counts, live asks and verified-sale records remain separate wherever market evidence is shown.

✦

Uncertainty stays honestWhen the available sample is insufficient, the Ledger says so and does not manufacture a valuation.

OPERATING THE LEDGER

A safe artifact workflow

Use the record as a decision aid while keeping the final in-game exchange under your control.

01

Frame the tooltip

Use a clear screenshot with the complete item panel visible. Crop only when the game interface obscures OCR.

02

Read every GA mark

Check the star beside each affix. OCR confidence and identity confidence describe different risks.

03

Confirm the identity

Review the name, type, power and effect before allowing the record to influence pricing.

04

Compare like with like

Judge the same base item, power range, Greater Affix count and meaningful affix combination.

05

Negotiate in the vault

Keep listing context attached to messages and treat offers as proposals until both players complete the exchange.

06

Close the record honestly

Marking an item sold preserves listing history. A verified sale requires the completed trade workflow.

INDEPENDENT PLAYER TOOL

Built for evidence, not authority

Sanctuary Ledger is an independent service for players. It is not affiliated with or endorsed by Blizzard Entertainment. Game names and descriptive facts identify compatible content; the interface and cinematic artwork are original Sanctuary Ledger materials.
